British undergraduate and postgraduate degrees are recognized all over the world as a mark of excellence
The UK’s constituent countries England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are well connected with public transport links, and the geography ranges from the vast low-level fens of East Anglia to the mountains of the Scottish Highlands. The temperate climate means winters are rarely harsh, and summers are pleasantly warm.

UK Education System

EARLY YEARS EDUCATION

 It includes Voluntary Pre-Schools, privately run Nurseries or Child Minders.

PRIMARY EDUCATION

 Age 5 to 12 Years & Grade 1 to 7

SECONDARY EDUCATION

 Age 11 to 16 Years & Grade 8 to 10

FURTHER EDUCATION

Once a student finishes secondary education, they have the option to extend into further education to take their A-Levels, GNVQ’s, BTEC’s or other such qualifications. UK students usually plan to go to college or university to complete Further Education.

HIGHER EDUCATION

Undergraduate / Bachelor Degree [ 3 to 4 Years]
This includes First Degrees (honors and ordinary), Enhanced First Degrees, First Degrees obtained concurrently with a Diploma.
First Degree students in Medicine, Dentistry or Veterinary Medicine, interrupt their studies to complete one-year course of advanced studies in a related topic.
Few Programs are available as Sandwich Course which are 4 Years in duration and involves one year training at work place.

Postgraduate / Master Degree [ 1 to 2 Years]
This includes Doctorate, Masters (Research and Taught), Postgraduate Diplomas and Certificates as well as Professional Qualifications which usually require a First Degree as entry qualification.
